B ATHLETICS has partnered with TrainingPeaks.com to give you the ultimate online training experience! You'll have email contact with your coach, and be able to monitor not only your workout data, but your nutrition intake as well.*

B Athletics Online Coaching Options:

Single Sport (Run/Bike/Swim/Fitness):  If your focus is on only one sport, whether you’re looking to do a 5k, or marathon, a century ride, or just stay in shape with a strength and fitness program, this is the plan for you.
$125/month ....................$345/3 months ($115/mo. = $30 Savings!)

Duathlon/Aquathlon: Run, bike, run, or swim and run. For any combination of two sports, this option will help you achieve your goals.
$135/month ....................$375/3 months ($125/mo. = $30 Savings!)

Triathlon (Sprint/Olympic Distance): Stepping up to the challenge of a triathlon is an excellent way to add variety to your training! You’ll get in great shape and fire up your competitive engine at the same time.
$165/month ....................$450/3 months ($150/mo. = $45 Savings!)

Triathlon (Half Ironman/Ironman Distance):  If you’re looking to take it to the next level and conquer the ultimate endurance test of long course racing, this program will get you to the finish and beyond!
$225/month ....................$600/3 months ($200/mo. = $75 Savings!)

All programs include unlimited email and phone access to your coach.  You have the option of going month to month, or saving $$ by choosing 3 months at a time.  All programs are given in 4 week blocks.  B Athletics online coaching programs cater to all ability levels from beginner to advanced.
